Primary Duties
• Conduct environmental and health & safety inspections and surveys
• Manage and monitor environmental and health & safety projects
• Complete agency required record keeping and reporting
Requirements
• Professional certifications required
(NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector & NYCDEP Asbestos Investigator)
• 3-5 years’ experience in the environmental, occupational and health & safety field.
• Excellent Leadership qualities, ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
EPA Lead Inspector
Primary Duties
• Performing on-site lead inspection with bulk paint chips collection, lead ghost wipes clearance services
• Complete required record keeping and sample location drawings.
Asbestos project air monitor
Responsibilities:
• Collect air samples and properly record chain of custody, daily logs.
• Oversee abatement work and conduct visual inspection.
Qualifications/Licenses:
• NYS DOL Asbestos Project Monitor/Air Sampling Technician License.
• 30 Hour OSHA General Construction Industry.
On W2 form only.
