We are seeking qualified environmental professionals to join our team in New York City and surrounding areas.
Environmental Inspector / NYC DEP Asbestos Investigator
Responsibilities:
Conduct environmental inspections and health and safety surveys.
Perform asbestos investigations and prepare required documentation.
Monitor environmental projects and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
NYS DOL Asbestos Inspector certification and NYC DEP Asbestos Investigator certification.
3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
EPA Lead Inspector
Responsibilities:
Conduct lead-based paint inspections and collect paint chip and dust wipe samples.
Document sampling locations and prepare inspection reports.
Follow applicable regulatory requirements and sampling procedures.
Qualifications:
Applicable EPA lead inspector certification.
Experience with lead inspections, XRF testing, and dust wipe sampling preferred.
Asbestos Project Monitor / Air Sampling Technician
Responsibilities:
Conduct asbestos project monitoring and air sampling.
Maintain daily logs and chain-of-custody documentation.
Observe abatement activities and perform visual inspections as authorized.
Qualifications:
Applicable NYS DOL Asbestos Project Monitor and/or Air Sampling Technician certification.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety training preferred.
